Hand-Painted Stoneware Tulipiere Vase

A hand-painted stoneware tulipiere — the tall spired vessel with separate openings, invented in the Dutch Golden Age so each tulip could be displayed on its own.

It is a real piece of furniture for a table. Substantial stoneware, a tall sculptural silhouette, and multicolored florals painted over it by hand.

Each one varies, because each one was painted by a person. Works with a single stem per spout or, honestly, with nothing in it at all.
